Saturday, June 14 - Flag Day - "NO KINGS" rallies around the state and the country. These will be non-violent protests. Indivisible, the primary organizers but with dozens of other groups as co-sponsors, describes it this way: "NO KINGS is a national day of action and mass mobilization in response to increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption from [the current administration]. We’ve watched as they’ve cracked down on free speech, detained people for their political views, threatened to deport American citizens, and defied the courts. They’ve done this all while continuing to serve and enrich their billionaire allies. On Saturday, June 14, we’re taking to the streets nationwide." --- League of Women Voters is a not a sponsor, but our members are encouraged to to express their belief in the checks and balances system of federal government, due process, and respect for the constitution.

***Nashua, Soldiers & Sailors Monument (intersection of Main, Concord, Amherst and Nashville Sts), 2 to 4 pm
***Pelham VFW, 10 to 1
***Portsmouth, Market Square, 10 am to noon
***Plymouth, Main St., 11 am to 1 pm.
***Enfield, Huse Park 3:30 to 4:30 pm
***Hanover, near Richmond Middle School, 53 Lyme Rd, 9 to 11:30 am
***Gorham, noon to 4 pm
***Colebrook, 10 am to noon
***Dover, at Week's Crossing, 3 to 4 pm
***Plaistow, town hall, 1 to 3 pm
