Save the dates for candidate forums in the Wolfeboro/Tuftonboro/Ossipee area: Candidates to be invited include NH House Districts 6 & 7; State Senate; Executive Council; and county commissioners.
Pre-primary forum is Tuesday, July 30. The general election forum is Tuesday, October 8. All candidates will be invited and the public is encouraged to come to ask questions and exchange ideas. Wolfeboro Town Hall, 84 S. Main St., in the Great Hall. 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Organized and moderated by the League of Women Voters NH. Students from the high school will also participate: National Honor Society and some history/civics students will also ask questions of the candidates at the October forum.
