THIS LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS FORUM IS CANCELED. Not enough candidates from both parties were available. League of Women Voters cannot hold "empty chair" forums where only one party is present for a particular office. UPDATE as of Sept. 13: League has just been told informally that a group of citizens of Wolfeboro are planning a forum. Stay tuned to local media for more details. Original posting: Candidate forum in the Wolfeboro/Tuftonboro/Ossipee area: Candidates to be invited include NH House Districts Carroll 6 & 7; State Senate; Executive Council; and Carroll county commissioners. Wolfeboro Town Hall, 84 S. Main St., in the Great Hall. 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
